A Queen's Meeting
Project Name
A Queen’s Meeting was created as a space for Black women to be seen, celebrated, and poured into. What started as a gathering has grown into a yearly tradition where we come together to reconnect with our own power, honor the women who shaped us, and strengthen the village we share.

Grounded in Emerging Beauty’s mission, this event centers the brilliance, leadership, and resilience of Black women across generations. Through storytelling, reflection, and celebration, we invite Queens to remember who they are, align with their purpose, and use their gifts in service to their families, communities, and the wider world.

Each year, we also recognize “Queens of the Community” — women whose work, advocacy, and presence have significantly impacted their villages, organizations, and the Inland Empire as a whole. This royal acknowledgment is our way of giving them their flowers while they can still hold them.
